* Salt & Pepper 鹽與胡椒 1.5 cup each
* Lemon & Orange 檸檬與柳橙 1 each
* Garlic 大蒜 1
B-B-Q 塗醬:
* Lemon juice & Orange juice 檸檬汁與柳橙汁 1/4 cup
* Olive Oil 橄欖油 2 tsb
* Salt 鹽巴少許( a little bit )
* Oregano 奧立岡葉 1 cup
<< 烤箱預熱: 350 F / 約177度C >>
- 鹽巴與胡椒均勻塗抹在雞內與雞外,
- 把填充物塞入雞內,
